Returns, Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds

There are no returns for products shipped out without a cancellation request submitted within the first 48 hours of the purchase. CandleX does not accept returns of any items purchased and received as we can no longer guarantee the product once it is received by the customer.

We are very thorough and careful to wrap and package the order securely for shipment. However, if you receive an order that has been damaged, leaked, broken or faulty, send us a photo of the item as received and the order receipt. We will be sure to rectify the situation. 

Please inspect the package you received within 3 days of receiving it - to ensure there are no issues to address, as after 3 days we will no longer replace any claims.

All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged.
